Stage a house to get it sold as quickly as possible and get the price you want for it! Many of the small fix n’ flips sell quicker because they show better. If you are a rehaber, remodeler or fix n’ flipper, go the extra distance and spend the money on home staging. It will pay off in the number of showings and the number of offers.
This is a roomy, older house in an established neighborhood of Denver. It sold in about 5 weeks after the investors fixed it up and then we came in and staged it. Notice that it doesn’t take a lot of furniture or accessories to get a nice look!
