Your first home staging session includes:
An initial walk-through to get a sense of your home's style A comprehensive walk-through of each room paying special attention to details. Recommendations for de-cluttering, lighting, color, and furniture placement. Specific paint colors if painting is needed A detailed plan of action to give your home that Perfect Transformation
We can do as much or as little as you like - from consultation only, to doing everything for you and completely transforming your home into a beautiful showpiece.
You'll start to see the Perfect Transformation take place as we make changes that can be done "on the spot." We'll also suggest other adjustments you may want to make.
We can use your existing furniture and accessories, or we'll assist with rentals if needed. We can also coordinate services such as cleaning, painting, repairs and landscaping.
At the end of the session, you'll have a clear picture of changes that will enhance your home's sale; and we'll prioritize them in order of importance.
